Exchanging at the office

Where can I exchange currency?

At our office: 81 Zakaria Paliashvili Street, Tbilisi. Hours are 10:00–20:00. Exchange is not available online.

Do I need an appointment?

No. There is nothing to book. Come in during opening hours and our team will handle the exchange at the counter.

Which currencies can I exchange?

USD, EUR and GBP against GEL. If you need another currency, call our team at +995 595 51 01 52 before you travel to the office.

What should I bring?

The amount you want to exchange and a valid identity document. Depending on the amount, our team may need to record the document.

Rates

Are the rates on this website an offer?

No. Every figure published here is a sample, shown for information. The current rate and the final amount are confirmed in office at the time of the exchange.

Can I reserve a rate?

No. We do not hold or reserve a rate in advance. The converter on this site produces an estimate, not a quote.

Why are there two rates for the same currency?

The direction determines the rate. Use “You sell” when you give us foreign currency for GEL, and “You buy” when you use GEL to buy foreign currency. See the rates page.

What does the exchange cost?

The margin sits between the two rates. Ask our team at the counter for the exact figures that apply to your amount before you confirm.

Online and digital assets

Can I exchange currency online?

Not yet. Online exchange is in development and is not available. Exchange takes place at our office.

Do you offer digital asset or crypto services?

No. Digital asset services are planned and not available yet. Nothing on this website should be read as an offer of a virtual-asset service.

When will these services launch?

We do not publish a launch date we cannot control. When the services are ready, and their status is confirmed, the details appear on the planned services page.
